¡Welcome to Tecnologica University! As follows, you will find all the information regarding the admission process for the first term of 2006. All high school graduates who comply with the requirements below are eligible for admission into the University. The following are the requisites for applicants aspiring to be admitted as first-time undergraduate students : A minimum score of 35 points in all relevant subjects of each program if prior to the year 2000. A minimum score of 238 points in exams taken prior to the year 2000. Satisfactory passing of the personal interview process. Satisfactory compliance with all the steps of the mandatory registration process. ¿Do you want to sign up at the University but live outside of Cartagena? The following are the steps you need to take in order to register from wherever you are!!! Step 1: Print off your registration form here and fill it out completely. Step 2: Deposit the sum of $66.000 in respect of registration fees at Ganadero Bank, account number 656-028198. Step 3: Take the registration form along with all required admission documentation plus the deposit slip stamped by the bank where you made payment and submit everything to: Tecnológica de Bolívar University, Admissions Office. Registration

How and where to get the registration form

If you happen to be interested in being admitted into Tecnologica de Bolivar University, you can get your free registration form as follows:

• At our Admissions Offices on the Manga or Ternera Campus.
• From our website.

Notice: The registration fee is $66.000.oo, which can be paid at the Treasury Office in cash, credit or debit card, or you can make a deposit into account number 656-028198 at Ganadero Bank.

If you make a bank deposit, note down your full name and the faculty you are registering for on the bank slip. After paying for the registration fee, go to the University’s Treasury Office on either campus where you will get your registration form stamped which you should then fill out and submit to the Admissions Office in order to finish off the process. If you live outside of Cartagena, you can send the registration form duly filled out, the registration payment slip and all other requested papers to the mailing address below:

As soon as we receive your documents, we will mail you the appointed date for your interview.

As of October 18th, 2005, a list of admitted students will be published on our website or posted on billboards at the Admissions Office in Manga or Ternera. Afterwards, you can proceed with the tuition process.

Tuition Process

1. Review the admitted students list
• Browse the lists published every Monday starting from October 18th, 2005 and up until December 5th on billboards posted at the Admissions Office or on our website in order to find out whether you have been admitted.
• Upon confirmation of your admission, claim an admitted student kit, which contains the following items: Letter of Acceptance, Tuition Fee Payment Form and a Financial Portfolio.
• Pay for your tuition fees at the corresponding Bank or Financial Establishment.
  Notice: if you decide to use any of the Payment or Funding choices from our Financial Portfolio, come to our Financial Portfolio Office on the Ternera Campus.
2. Sign up
• Come to the Financial Control Office and show your paid Tuition Fee Payment Form in order to become signed up into the system
3. Finish off the tuition process
• Once you sign up, come to the Admissions Office in order to pick up your Academic Tuition Certificate and your Student Card.
  Notice: In order to carry out the tuition procedure, you must deliver all the required documentation requested at the beginning of the process to the Admissions Office.
• Check the class schedule to confirm the programming of all subjects appearing on your Tuition Certificate.
